We use our own flour made with a carefully selected variety of buckwheat (28 in total) to make our soba noodles.
Please enjoy this typical japanese dish with the delicious Shodoshima soy sauce that you can also find in our restaurant.
We purchase the buckwheat directly from local farmers who sale throughout the year.
Daily set meals and buckwheat desserts are popular in our shop.
